重慶匯融拍賣有限公司由重慶商報社、匯融集團發起，成立于二00三年九月，是依照《中華人民共和國拍賣法》經重慶市人民政府主管拍賣業的部門審核批準，重慶市工商行政管理局登記注冊的一家綜合性拍賣公司。

The Chongqing Huirong Auction Company, founded in 2003, was launched by Chongqing Business Newspaper and Huirong Group. Being a comprehensive auction company, it is established according to “Auction Law of the People’s Republic of China” and it has got the approval of the competent department of the Chongqing municipal government, which is in charge of the auctioning industry. It has also registered in Chongqing Administration for Industry and Commerce.
